Grana is one of the hottest start-ups based in Hong Kong backed by reputable investors. After the company restructured, the company was seeking for technical support given that a number of systems were used and maintained. Gianthouse provided consultancy service and studied the system architecture. Requirements for ongoing day-to-day operation were identified and we provided project management support to convert ad-hoc business needs into manageable tasks. Our deliverables included batch update through server resolution management, new product launching, UX/UI revamp, discount management as well as platform overhaul.
